I currently teach various classes at Santosha Yoga Studio in Bethany area of Portland, OR, and will be very glad to see you there. My classes are strongly anatomy and physiology informed and provide the safest and most comfortable space for you to have your asana and pranayama (poses and breath) practice. However, the main emphasis is always on the state of mind as we work on applying traditional Yogic and Buddhist teachings alongside contemporary practices of going within and letting go of mental, emotional, and physical tension, aiming towards  wider awareness, self-knowledge and greater acceptance of life.

I also offer private yoga online or at the studio for those situations when you need to address your practice from a different perspective than a typical class offers. It’s a great way to start your practice or revive it after a period of non-activity or illness.

Having started during pandemic, I continue to teach online lunch time yoga at noon on Wednesdays, please inquire via an email of by calling.
