My holistic approach to mental clarity and freedom is rooted in the systemic constellation work,<\/strong> amplified by emotional imagery<\/strong> techniques which allow us to to access deeper, often unconscious information for healing, growth, and finding peace with yourself and your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A constellation<\/strong> reveals hidden patterns, unresolved trauma, or compensatory responses to significant events that are passed down from your parents and older ancestors. Through direct projection of your state and feelings or imbalance or suffering, we can uncover and alleviate themes that were affecting you for years, if not a lifetime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emotional imagery<\/strong> is a mental representation of an important person or event which is directly linked to strong emotions and feelings that may be still having an impact on our present life. visualization of our family members or feeling associated with them can open a dialogue for you to observe and follow to create a pivotal point of desired change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being one of the oldest known systems of learning, healing, growing, and realizing one\u2019s self, yoga<\/strong> can always offer a level of practice that will resonate with your physical abilities, need to destress, center in the present moment, slow down, or find spiritual support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, in the intuitive field, we each resonate with ourselves and with the source of knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
