Constellations method, pioneered by Bert Hellinger in Germany, is a diagnostic and healing tool that can be used to address personal, relationship, or work problems (same about community, cultural, or existential levels). It helps to see patterns related to our roles, feelings, or behaviors that we have inherited from our parents and older ancestors, and use this knowledge to resolve interpersonal conflicts, fulfill our potential, and be happier and more liberated in life.
Each family is an interconnected system where the main principle is an unrestricted flow of love, from previous generations to the younger ones. When such flow is interrupted, all members of the system are affected. Family constellations can help resolve these disturbances, or at least reveal the direction towards finding answers for deeper healing. Ultimately, as past traumas are alleviated, the flow of energy and love in the families is restored.
With the help of a facilitator you can see the root cause of problems you encounter in life, and then experience your own transformation from an imbalanced or dependent state to a healthier and happier being.

Constellations can be done individually with the use of objects for projected feelings (which is commonly used in projective therapy) , or in a group where other people represent your family members and reveal their emotions and states. Common themes to look at in a constellation are:
- Relationships with mother and father; partner; children
- Me and money; relationships at work
- Me and my goals in life
- Depressed state – causes and solutions
- Me and my Health/Illness
The first time you are doing a constellation for yourself, it’s going to be a deeply transformative experience that will introduce you to this unique time tested method that always works, for anybody and in any situation, simply because we are all connected to the morphological field of shared information and to the main source of life.
Hourly rate for individual constellation work is $60.
